Smile Brands Inc. is seeking a Dental Assistant in Wisconsin to support dentists, specialists and the clinical team. You will prepare treatment rooms, assist during procedures and educate patients to ensure a comfortable, confident visit.

This role emphasizes infection control, precise instrument handling and patient communication. The schedule is Monday-Thursday 7-5 and Friday 7-1, with compensation of $19-$23 per hour.

Qualifications

• Meet all state dental assistant credentialing requirements.
• CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain before start date.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Positive, dependable and willing‑to‑learn attitude.
• Previous dental assisting experience preferred, but qualified new assistants may be considered depending on state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients, treatment rooms, instruments and equipment for dental procedures.
• Assist dentists and specialists during examinations and dental procedures.
• Take and prepare dental X-rays and other diagnostic records, when permitted by state regulations and within your credentials.
• Provide patients with clear, compassionate guidance on oral hygiene and post‑treatment care.
• Maintain appropriate infection control, sterilization and safety standards.
• Prepare and maintain dental instruments and supplies.
• Support an efficient, organized clinical environment.
• Help create a welcoming, comfortable experience for every patient.
• Work collaboratively with the entire dental team to deliver exceptional care.
