Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Assistant license or applicable credential.
• Current CPR certification.
• Min 6 months to 1 year dental assisting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of dental procedures, infection control, and sterilization practices.
• Ability to perform or assist with dental radiography as permitted.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists with a variety of dental procedures.
• Prepare patients and operatories before and after appointments.
• Take dental X-rays and support diagnostics.
• Obtain and document patient medical histories.
• Assist with patient charting and treatment documentation.
• Take dental impressions and bite registrations as needed.
• Perform digital intraoral scans when required.
• Prepare, sterilize, and maintain instruments and equipment.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and care.
• Support smooth patient flow throughout the practice.
• Maintain infection control and workplace safety standards.
• Collaborate with dentists and team members to provide quality patient care.
