Smile Brands Inc. is seeking a Dental Assistant to support dentists, hygienists, and other clinical staff in delivering high‑quality dentistry. You will prepare treatment rooms, assist during procedures, and educate patients on oral health while ensuring a comfortable patient experience.

The role emphasizes radiology certification, CPR/BLS certification, and a strong commitment to patient care. Collaboration with the dental team and a positive, reliable attitude are important to success.

Qualifications

• CPR/BLS certification required or ability to obtain before start date.
• Radiology certification required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine commitment to patient care.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Positive, dependable and willing-to-learn attitude.
• Previous dental assisting experience preferred, but qualified new assistants may be considered depending on state requirements.

Responsabilités

• Prepare patients, treatment rooms, instruments and equipment for dental procedures.
• Assist dentists and specialists during examinations and dental procedures.
• Take and prepare dental X-rays and other diagnostic records, when permitted by state regulations and within credentials.
• Provide patients with clear, compassionate guidance on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
• Maintain infection control, sterilization and safety standards.
• Prepare and maintain dental instruments and supplies.
• Support an efficient, organized clinical environment.
• Help create a welcoming, comfortable experience for every patient.
• Work collaboratively with the entire dental team to deliver exceptional care.
