Job summary

Enable Dental, Inc. is seeking a part-time Dental Assistant to lead a mobile clinical team delivering care directly to patients in assisted living facilities, skilled nursing homes, and other settings across Florida.

You will run the clinical side of a small team, preparing rooms, assisting chairside, and ensuring timely care delivery. The role requires 2+ years of experience, a state certification, a valid driver's license, and comfort working in patients' homes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dental assistant experience.
• Active state-level Dental Assistant certification.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record, age 25+.
• Comfort working in patients' homes and facilities rather than fixed office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms and assist chairside during procedures.
• Take radiographs and manage supplies and sterilization.
• Educate patients and families on care and next steps.
• Mentor other assistants and keep the day running on schedule.

PART TIME / $25-30 hr. Monday-Friday. Lead a mobile clinical team making a difference every day.

Enable Dental is a mobile dental practice bringing care directly to patients in assisted living facilities, skilled nursing homes, and other settings across the Florida area. As a Dental Assistant, you'll run the clinical side of a small, close-knit mobile team and play a hands-on role in how care gets delivered every day.

LOCATION

This role serves patients throughout the greater West FL area ( Fort Myers , Cape Coral ect.)
