Enable Dental, Inc. is seeking a Dental Assistant to lead a mobile clinical team delivering care to patients in assisted living facilities, skilled nursing homes, and homes throughout the Kansas City area.

You’ll prepare treatment rooms, assist chairside, take radiographs, educate patients and families, mentor other assistants, and help keep the day running on schedule. Compensation is $24-28 per hour, with incentive pay, equity and a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• 2+ years of dental assistant experience.
• Active state-level Dental Assistant certification.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record, age 25+.
• Comfort working in patients' homes and care facilities rather than a fixed office.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare treatment rooms and assist chairside during procedures.
• Take radiographs and manage supplies and sterilization.
• Educate patients and their families on care and next steps.
• Mentor other assistants and keep the day running on schedule.

Enable Dental is a mobile dental practice bringing care directly to patients in assisted living facilities, skilled nursing homes, and other settings across the Seattle area. As a Dental Assistant, you'll run the clinical side of a small, close-knit mobile team and play a hands-on role in how care gets delivered every day.
