Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Dental Assistant for a contract - part time position in Boulder, CO. You will support the dentist during patient care, prepare rooms and dental tools, and update patient records.

Qualifications

• Current License/Certificate within state of practice
• One year experience as Dental Assistant preferred
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• The Dental Assistant provides support to the dentist during patient care and completes the preparation of the room and dental tools/equipment
• The Dental Assistant completes intake paperwork, updates patient records, sterilizes and organizes dental tools, and assists during any dental procedures
