Provides chair-side assistance for dental practitioners in all residency programs (general practice, endodontic, and orthodontic), private practice, and oral surgery. This role involves serving patients across a broad age range, from pediatrics to older adults (0-65+), with an understanding of their developmental and functional age.
Requirements include a High School Diploma and completion of an accredited dental assistant program. At least six months of dental assisting experience is required.
Certifications needed: State certification in radiology procedures and BLS CPR certification through the American Heart Association. Preference for Certified Dental Assistants.
