Duties and Responsibilities

1. Assisting the Oral Surgeon during a variety of surgical procedures.
2. Providing patients with post-operative instructions for oral care following surgery or other oral treatment procedures, such as the placement of dental implants or extraction of wisdom teeth.
3. Record doctor notes and vital sign information during a surgical procedure or office consultation.
4. Maintain patient confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
5. Other duties as deemed necessary.

Requirements

1. 1+ years of Oral Surgery or Dental experience is preferred, but not required.
2. Ability to cross train and perform front office functions.
3. Must be detail oriented, punctual, and patient-care focused.
4. Motivated to grow and learn new things.
5. Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
6. High school diploma or equivalent.
