Job summary

Diamond Braces is seeking a Dental Assistant Office Manager to lead daily operations, drive team performance, and ensure an outstanding patient experience at our New Jersey locations. This leadership role oversees scheduling, patient flow, payroll, billing, and compliance to deliver the AAA Experience.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years of office management in healthcare, strong leadership and communication skills, and comfort with financial metrics.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and hold staff accountable to performance standards.
  • Conduct structured team meetings and performance reviews.

  • Manage scheduling, patient flow, and daily productivity.
  • Ensure the office operates efficiently during high-volume hours.

The Role

Key Responsibilities

    • Participate in interviewing and hiring decisions
    • Onboard and train new team members

    • Ensure the office operates efficiently during high‑volume hours
    • Monitor workflow and eliminate inefficiencies
  • Financial & Administrative Management
    • Oversee payroll hours, supply costs, and expense controls
    • Monitor production and performance metrics
    • Support billing processes and ensure financial accountability
  • Compliance & Risk Management
    • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies
    • Maintain accurate and secure patient records

  • Patient Experience

Qualifications
  • Required
    • Minimum 2 years of office management or supervisory experience

Work Schedule
  • Weekdays, with some Saturdays
  • In‑person role
  • Local travel between offices may be required
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary starting from $65,000 (final offer based on experience and qualifications)
