Job description

Position: Dental Assistant
Location: Elm Grove, Hartland, Cedarburg
Start Date: ASAP
Pay: Commensurate with experience
Status: Full-Time
Number of Openings: 1 in each location

Benefits Include:

  • Medical & dental coverage for employee, spouse, and dependents (after 90 days)

  • Uniform allowance

  • Paid time off & paid holidays (after 90 days)

  • PTO accrual increases with tenure

  • 401(k) with 3% company match (after 1 year and 1,000 hours)

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma

  • At least 6 months of approved chairside experience

  • BLS certification (must have prior to start)

  • Experience with EMR and medical terminology

  • Preferred: Graduate of an accredited Dental Assistant program

Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

  • Prepare treatment/clinical areas

  • Assist providers with procedures

  • Record data and update patient charts in a timely manner

  • Establish rapport with patients and support the provider's treatment recommendations

  • Support team leaders and perform additional duties as assigned
