Job summary

Dental Innovations in Mesa, AZ, seeks a Dental Assistant with an active X-Ray certification to join our premier practice. This full-time role supports dentists with diagnostic imaging, chairside assistance, and patient comfort in a modern, technology-forward office.

Schedule is Monday–Thursday 7:00 AM–4:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM–4:00 PM (2 Fridays/month). Pay rate $22.00–$24.00 per hour, with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Dental Assistant Certification is required.
• Active Arizona Radiologic Technology / Dental Radiology Certification is REQUIRED.
• CPR / BLS Certification is required.
• Prior experience as a Dental Assistant in a general or family dentistry practice is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality digital dental X-rays and intraoral images.
• Provide seamless four-handed chairside assistance during procedures.
• Greet patients, review medical histories, and ensure patient comfort.
• Sterilize instruments, prep treatment rooms, and maintain OSHA/HIPAA compliance.
• Assist with impressions, materials, records, and post-treatment care instructions.
