Responsibilities:
  1. Gather patient information and health background
  2. Prepare the work area for procedures
  3. Take x-rays of patients' teeth when necessary and display results for the dentist
  4. Assist the dentist during examinations and dental procedures
  5. Prepare materials for crowns or dental impressions
  6. Educate patients on good oral hygiene habits
  7. Restock treatment areas and monitor inventory
  8. Maintain excellent understanding of dental assisting procedures
  9. Follow aseptic and sterilization techniques
