This role includes chairside assistance and administrative support to ensure efficient and high-quality patient care. It involves chairside assistance using four-handed dentistry across multiple dental procedures, escorting patients, supporting patient flow, completing scheduling, charting, vitals, patient education, maintaining sterilization, infection control, and OSHA compliance, assisting with inventory, supply ordering, equipment maintenance, record keeping, supporting insurance verification, pre-authorizations, and treatment planning, and participating in quality improvement activities and training of new staff.
