Dynamic Dental Assistant

This position offers the opportunity to collaborate within a team of like-minded dental professionals.

Smile Starters is a general dental practice dedicated to serving patients aged 1 through 20. Our mission is to educate these young individuals on the most effective dental health practices to maintain between their visits. Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming patients upon arrival.

• Preparing patients for treatments or checkups, ensuring their comfort.

• Selecting and arranging the necessary instruments, equipment, and materials.

• Sterilizing instruments in compliance with regulations.

• Assisting the dentist using the principles of 4-handed dentistry.

• Performing lab tasks as directed.

• Providing instructions on oral hygiene and post-operative care.

• Maintaining the cleanliness and adequate stocking of the dental operatory.

• Scheduling patient appointments.

• Keeping accurate patient records and assisting with payment processes.

• Undertaking other duties as required supporting the team.
