University Physicians' Association, Inc. is currently looking for a part-time Dental Assistant at the Kim Health Center.
Job Type: Part-time 3 days a week- Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday with potential to grow if desired.
Join our amazing clinic serving underserved populations. The Dental Assistant will be working one on one with a DDS and responsible for general clinic dental maintenance, dental administrative work, and providing primary chair side assistance to the Dentist. The Dental Assistant’s key responsibilities will be preparing the examination rooms, sterilization of instruments, ensuring all necessary equipment is ready, and assisting with labs and x-rays as needed. Experience anticipating dental needs throughout the appointment a must. Experience with Open Dental software a plus. The Dental Assistant at times will support patients check in and check out.
