Job summary

Dental Dreams LLC is seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to support daily dental operations, assist dentists chairside, and operate radiology equipment. You will maintain sterilization, engage with patients, and help explain treatment plans with care.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, bilingual Spanish capability, and the potential for advancement to lead roles within a supportive, patient-focused practice.

Qualifications

• Excellent Customer Service skills.
• Full Time Availability.
• Oral Radiology Certification (preferred).
• Previous Dental / Healthcare experience (preferred).
• Bilingual - Spanish (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Day to day operations in the dental office.
• Provide chairside assistance for dentists.
• Operate oral radiology equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of tools and operatories.
• Patient service and engagement, explain treatment plans to patients.
• Attentively address patient concerns regarding treatment plans.
• Provide engaging patient service by acknowledging questions or concerns.
• Ensure quality service is always provided.
