Job summary

You’ll learn chairside supports, sterilization, patient intake, denture workflows, and optional radiography shadowing. Starting pay is $11/hour, with reviews at 30, 60, and 90 days and potential certification fee help.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or currently pursuing).
• Willingness to work toward certification exams during the internship (e.g., DANB/NELDA).
• Prior radiology exposure/certification is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Chairside assistance fundamentals during four-handed dentistry.
• Sterilization and infection control per OSHA/CDC/Ohio standards.
• Patient intake, scheduling, and Medicaid/cash-pay documentation basics.
• Exposure to prosthodontic/denture workflows.
• Shadowing radiography is optional if interested, not required to start.
