Job summary

Endodontics of Malden in Malden, MA is seeking a Dental Assistant Intern to gain hands-on experience in a professional endodontic setting. You will work closely with our team, learning both clinical and administrative tasks while contributing to a patient‑centered environment.

The internship offers flexible hours, mentorship from experienced staff, and real-world exposure to endodontic care and dental assisting duties.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in or recent completion of a Dental Assisting program.
• Basic knowledge of dental instruments, materials and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with a team.
• Organizational skills and ability to manage tasks.

Responsibilities

• Shadow and assist endodontists and dental assistants during procedures.
• Learn sterilization and infection control to maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Assist with radiographs and patient care, seating and histories.
• Support front desk tasks: calls, insurance checks, check-ins/outs.
• Help maintain an organized operatory and clinic readiness.
