Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 3–5 years experience as a dental assistant.
• Strong knowledge of dental assisting techniques and best practices.
• Excellent communication and teaching abilities.
• Willingness to mentor students and adapt teaching methods.
• Current dental assistant certification preferred but not required.
• Teaching experience is a plus.
• Computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations on dental assistant topics.
• Provide hands-on training in laboratory settings to develop technical skills.
• Supervise and support students during clinical rotations with safety and professional standards.
• Assess student progress through exams, assignments, and practical evaluations.
