Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of experience as a dental assistant in a clinical setting.
• Current certification or licensure as a dental assistant is preferred but not required.
• Prior teaching or instructional experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of dental assisting techniques and best practices.
• Excellent communication and ability to convey complex concepts to varied learners.
