Job summary

Ross Education Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Dental Assistant Instructor for its Huntsville, AL campus. The role involves teaching dental assisting classes to 10–20 students, delivering clinical and administrative skills, and following Ross lesson plans.

The position is part-time with 4.5 hours per session, available in day or evening blocks and primarily Friday mornings. Experience as a dental assistant with national certification and an interest in teaching are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in the dental field with national certification (RDA or CDA)
• Interest in teaching or prior teaching/tutoring experience preferred
• Ability to adapt teaching to a developed curriculum and Ross lesson plans

Responsibilities

• Teach Dental Assistant courses with 10–20 students, covering clinical and administrative skills
• Deliver lectures and demonstrations using Ross curriculum and lesson plans
• Class sessions are 4.5 hours; part-time schedule typically 4.5–9 hours per week
