  • Evening Role: 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM, Tuesdays & Thursdays

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and grade student work within 72 hours of submission.

  • Provide one-on-one support during office hours and address student concerns.

  • Supervise students during externships and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

  • Contribute to course material updates (syllabi, handouts, assignments).

  • Maintain accurate records (attendance, student progress, incident reports).

  • Assess classroom equipment and recommend improvements to align with industry standards.

  • Uphold safety and compliance for all students, staff, and visitors.

Who You Are:

? Graduate of an accredited Dental Assisting program + 2 years of experience (or 3+ years of hands-on experience for non-graduates).
? Knowledgeable in state dental assisting regulations and four/six-handed dentistry.
? Strong communicator with the ability to engage and motivate students.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and basic computer skills.
? Current Dental Assisting license/certification (as required by state/federal law).
