Success Education Colleges in Riverside, CA is seeking a Substitute Dental Assistant Instructor to deliver classroom, laboratory, and clinical instruction on an as-needed basis. This role suits experienced dental professionals who enjoy teaching and helping students prepare for dental assisting careers.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM–12:30 PM or 6:00 PM–10:00 PM as needed. Requirements include a minimum of 3 years as a Dental Assistant, graduation from an accredited program, and current RDA

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Dental Assistant.
• Graduate of an accredited Dental Assistant Program.
• Currently certified as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or licensed dentist.
• Proficient in four-handed and/or six-handed dentistry principles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom, laboratory, and clinical instruction in accordance with established curriculum and lesson plans.
• Supervise students during laboratory activities and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Reinforce dental assisting skills, terminology, ethics, and professionalism.
• Monitor student performance and provide feedback to support learning outcomes.
• Maintain accurate attendance and student records as required.
• Collaborate with program leadership and faculty to ensure continuity of instruction.
• Follow all college policies and procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

About the Role
