Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities

Instructional Duties:

  1. Inspire and instruct classes, guiding students towards success.
  2. Prepare engaging lesson plans and course materials to ensure effective learning.
  3. Assess student performance objectively, providing valuable feedback.
  4. Utilize approved instructional plans and supplement material when necessary.
  5. Safeguard assessment tools and confidential documentation.
  6. Leverage learning management systems for enhanced education.
  7. Ensure classes are conducted for the required duration.

Student Interaction:

  1. Cultivate a learning-friendly classroom environment.
  2. Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism and conduct.
  3. Provide regular and constructive feedback to students.
  4. Actively engage in student retention management.
  5. Maintain accurate student records, grades, and attendance.
  6. Facilitate tutoring and makeup work, ensuring student participation.
  7. Collaborate with Program Director and Academic Dean for advising.
  8. Uphold campus policies and standards.

Related Duties, Outside the Classroom:

  1. Efficiently manage record keeping and administrative tasks.
  2. Stay updated on instructional methodologies and best practices.
  3. Participate in ongoing faculty and professional development activities.
  4. Attend workshops and seminars to enhance instructional and professional skills.
  5. Engage in campus activities, staff meetings, and orientations.
  6. Contribute to the preparation and attendance of graduation ceremonies.
  7. Participate in student and community activities.
  8. Assist in inventory management and classroom upkeep.
  9. Maintain equipment and report issues promptly.
  10. Foster a positive campus culture through enthusiasm and professionalism.
  11. Support financial aid and administrative departments as needed.
  12. Contribute to student recognition initiatives.
  13. Assist in Clinical or Externship site visits and development.
  14. Embrace any other duties assigned.
