Responsibilities

• Assists residents, faculty and students during procedures.
• Ensures all patient documentation is maintained accurately.
• Sterilizes and cleans all surgical instruments, supplies and dental assist units.
• Takes radiographs of patients as requested by the doctor.
• Maintains surgery rooms in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Dispenses dental supplies to students and residents.
• Performs clerical and administrative duties in support of the department.
• Responds to the needs of neonatal, pediatric, adolescent and geriatric patients.
