Job summary

MetroHealth seeks a Dental Assistant to support clinical providers in delivering high-value dental care to children through adults. This role is centered at Ohio City Family Dentistry with a structured schedule and potential travel to satellite locations.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, and may be a graduate of a Dental Assisting program or foreign accredited dental/hygiene school. Ohio radiography licensure and BLS certification within 90 days are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of a Dental Assisting program.
• Or 1 year of dental assisting experience.
• Graduate of foreign accredited dental or hygiene school.
• Ohio Dental Assistant Radiographer license or obtain within 90 days.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association or obtain within 90 days.
• Willing to work days, evenings, weekends; travel to satellite locations as needed.
