Community Health of South Florida, Inc. is seeking a Dental Assistant to work directly with the dentist, supporting both clinical and administrative duties in a fast-paced dental department.

The role requires a certified dental assisting program, one year of experience, CPR certification, and a high school diploma or GED. Responsibilities include patient preparation, radiographs, sterilization, data handling and front-desk tasks.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• Dental Assistant training by a certified program and one year experience.
• CPR certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist dentist in delivery of oral health care and it is a non-exempt role.
• Prepare patients for procedures and expose radiographic films.
• Process radiographs and maintain equipment.
• Obtain and file patient information, and coordinate with staff.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain aseptic environments in patient care areas.
• Assist with patient intake, registration and billing.
