Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry is seeking a Full Time Dental Assistant II for Assisted Hygiene at our Raleigh office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist during treatments
• Coordinate and present treatment plans to patients
• Schedule appointments considering patient needs
• Maintain dental instruments, supplies, and equipment
• Record patient health histories
• Support patient management during procedures
• Ensure sterilization and sanitation of instruments and treatment rooms
• Prepare materials and equipment for treatments
• Complete dental charting
• Manage inventory and perform ancillary duties

Qualifications:

• Dental Assistant training or equivalent
• 2-5 years of experience preferred
• Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or equivalent certification
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients about treatment and insurance
• Knowledge of Eaglesoft and/or Denticon software is a plus
• Reliable attendance and teamwork skills
• Flexible, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow instructions
