Great opportunity for a motivated and energetic Dental assistant II to join the team in an established, fast-paced pediatric dental practice. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with children, has an energetic upbeat personality and a positive outlook. Strong work ethic is a huge plus. You must hold a DA II/ Coronal polishing ceritficate to apply for this position and you must have your NC x-ray certificate.

• Chairside AssistanceSupport the dentist during procedures, managing instruments, suctioning, and ensuring patient comfort.
• Patient CarePrepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain a clean, organized environment.
• X-Ray ImagingCapture dental X-rays, adhering to safety protocols.
• Patient EducationGuide patients on oral hygiene, post-op care, and treatment options.
• Records ManagementAccurately update patient records and dental charts in EHR systems.
• Infection ControlStrictly follow sterilization and disinfection protocols.
• Appointment SchedulingHelp manage and confirm patient appointments.
• Collaboration Work closely with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow and support.
• Must have current CPR Certification
• Must have Coronal Polishing Certification
• X-ray certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
