Vaya Dental – Garner Station is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant who can keep a clinical day moving while making every patient feel cared for. We value general dentistry experience, proactive organization, and clinical confidence to anticipate the doctor's needs. Schedule: Monday–Thursday 7:45 AM–5:00 PM, some Fridays 7:45 AM–1:00 PM.

Compensation: $18–$25 per hour. Benefits include Dental, Vision, Accident, Critical Illness, Short-Term Disability, and Voluntary Term Life Insurance.

Qualifications

• North Carolina radiology qualifications/certification as required.
• Strong chairside assisting skills.
• Excellent sterilization and infection-control habits.
• Endodontic and oral surgery assisting experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Dependable, proactive, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide four-handed chairside assisting for general and restorative dentistry.
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials.
• Provide retraction and suctioning and anticipate clinical needs.
• Take quality BWX, FMX, and panoramic radiographs.
• Accurately document clinical findings.
• Follow OSHA and CDC sterilization and infection-control protocols.
• Support instrument processing and autoclave/spore-testing procedures.
• Track clinical supplies and communicate inventory needs.
• Maintain efficient room turnover and patient flow.
• Create a warm, professional experience for every patient.

We're particularly interested in someone with general dentistry experience who is proactive, organized, clinically confident, and naturally anticipates what the doctor needs next.

What You'll Do

Provide four-handed chairside assisting for general and restorative dentistry
