Care Team and Role Overview

We seek Dental Assistants eager to serve as vital members of our care team, working alongside dentists in four-handed dentistry. You will utilize your technical skills to enhance clinic quality and efficiency while providing compassionate patient care. Success in this role requires excellent interpersonal skills, resilience in a fast-paced environment, and a collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities

1. Patient Care: Manage patient flow, prepare patients, assist during procedures, and provide oral health education.
2. Quality Commitment: Ensure excellent patient experiences, collaborate effectively, participate in team activities, and adhere to professional standards.
3. Office Duties: Schedule appointments, handle patient registration, manage supplies, and perform administrative tasks.
4. Knowledge & Abilities: Understand dental practices, operate electronic records, communicate effectively, and work flexibly including Saturday and evening shifts.
5. Qualifications: HS/GED, X-Ray License, 1-2 years dental assisting experience; additional certifications as applicable.
