Responsibilities

• Provide excellent clinical support to help patients get the care they need, including preparing patients for treatment and assisting the dentist in restorative procedures.

Skills Required

• Provide chair-side clinical support, including charting, operatory setup/cleanup, and patient education.
• Record and review patient health history, make chart entries, and ensure forms are completed in dental software.
• Prepare patients, sterilize instruments, and assist dentists following OSHA guidelines.
• Expose and develop dental radiographs.
• Follow OSHA and HIPAA regulations, including CPR and X-ray certifications.

Qualifications

• Dental assisting certification or on-the-job training.
• 1-5 years of experience preferred; new graduates considered.
• Radiography/X-ray certification for the respective state.
• CPR certification required.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Commitment to exceptional service and patient education.
