Job description

Atlanta Dental Spa is seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Assistant to join our Poncey Highlands team. As a private, fee-for-service practice specializing in Cosmetic, General, and Sedation Dentistry, we prioritize patient care, precision, and a positive experience. Our team is known for expertise, attention to detail, and a patient-centered approach, and we seek a Clinical Assistant who shares our commitment to excellence and care.

Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Experience: Minimum of 1 year as a Clinical Assistant, including support with dental imaging (photos/x-rays), impressions, temporary restorations, and assisting with procedures such as fillings, crowns, extractions, and restorative treatments. Willing to train the right candidate. Dental assisting certification and a strong desire to learn are a plus.
  2. Knowledge of Treatment Coordination: Familiarity with treatment planning, patient communication, payment collection, and scheduling.
  3. Software Proficiency: Experience with dental practice management software (CareStack preferred).
  4. Certification: CPR certification required.
  5. Advanced Clinical Skills: Experience assisting with cosmetic and surgical procedures (preferred); knowledge of iTero scanning technology is a plus.
  6. Patient Care Skills: Strong attention to patient comfort, effective communication, and team-oriented attitude.
Schedule:

Full-time (36 hours/week), 4 days/week, approximately 7 am to 4 pm, providing consistent hours and a balanced schedule.

Pay:

$20.00 - $28 per hour
