Ideal Dental is hiring a Dental Assistant to join a growing North American practice. You will assist with a wide range of procedures, take X-rays, prepare operatories, and support doctors with charting and patient education.

You will work in a fast-paced team environment, maintain high infection-control standards, and help deliver outstanding patient experiences while growing professionally alongside cutting-edge technology.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Assistant License.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as an RDA in a dental practice.
• DeNovo Offices: Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a wide range of dental procedures and ensure patient comfort.
• Take dental x-rays with precision to support diagnoses and treatment planning.
• Prepare and break down operatories after procedures; maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Manage patient flow and assist in transitions during visits.
• Maintain infection control by sterilizing instruments and equipment.
