Job summary

Ideal Dental in Arlington, TX is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our growing practice. You’ll assist a variety of procedures, take X-rays, and help with iTero scans while educating patients on oral hygiene. You’ll ensure cleanliness, sterilization, and smooth patient flow throughout each visit.

Active RDA license and CPR certification are required, with 6 months to 1 year of RDA experience preferred. Join a clinician-led team focused on patient-centered care and growth.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Assistant license is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as an RDA in a dental practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a wide range of dental procedures and ensure patient comfort.
• Take dental X-rays with precision.
• Prepare and break down operatories, maintaining cleanliness and efficiency.
• Manage patient flow and facilitate smooth handoffs during visits.
• Ensure infection control standards and sterilize instruments.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices.
• Take impressions and bite registrations for appliances.
• Conduct digital iTero scans and document patient charts.
• Collaborate with the entire practice team to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
