Aspen Dental in the United States is seeking a Dental Assistant to support clinicians, take X-rays, set up and break down operatory, and help with patient flow across procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Active license or permit as required by the state; including x-ray certification if required.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Take dental x-rays.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.
• Execute patient handoffs and monitor patient flow.
• Manage infection control – sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene strategies.
