The Smilist Dental in Reading, PA is seeking a reliable, friendly Dental Assistant to join our growing practice and contribute to our mission of excellent dental care.

We offer competitive pay, a benefits package (health, dental, vision insurance), and opportunities for professional growth and continuing education. Schedule is full-time, Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays, and salary range is $20–$24 per hour.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Dental Assistant with at least 1 year.
• Knowledge of dental instruments, equipment, and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Attention to detail and a positive attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Keep patients focused on treatment while addressing concerns and promoting the doctor’s strengths.
• Maintain a sterile, cheerful environment; prepare patients for treatment and assist doctors.
• Escort patients to and from the front desk.
• Prepare tray setups for dental procedures and maintain adequate supplies in each operatory, ordering and replenishing as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
