Job summary

North American Dental Group is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our team and support dentists in restorative procedures. You will prepare patients for treatment, provide chair-side assistance, and help ensure a clean, efficient operatory in a patient-first environment.

We offer a Monday–Friday schedule with a pay rate starting at $20.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package. CPR and radiography credentials are required or in process, with opportunities for ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Dental Assisting Certification or prior on the job training.
• 1–5 years of experience preferred; new graduates considered.
• Radiography/X-Ray certification for the state.
• CPR Certification required.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Commitment to patient education and exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent chair-side clinical support to doctors and hygienists.
• Prepare patients for treatment and assist dentists during procedures.
• Record health history and chart entries as directed by the doctor.
• Set up trays/instruments and maintain asepsis per OSHA guidelines.
• Expose and develop dental radiographs.
• Follow OSHA and HIPAA guidelines and maintain required certifications.
• Be a friendly, punctual and professional presence for patients.
