Job summary

North American Dental Group (NADG) partners with local practices to deliver best in class patient care. Our Dental Assistant role supports the dentist with restorative procedures, prepares patients, and helps maintain a clean, efficient operatory in a team-focused environment.

This position offers 4 days per week, full-time or part-time options, and a pay rate of $21.00–$24.00 per hour, dependent on experience.

Qualifications

• Dental Assistant certification or equivalent training.
• 1–5 years of experience preferred; new graduates considered.
• Radiography/X-ray certification for respective state.
• CPR certification required.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Commitment to exceptional patient service and education.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent chair-side clinical support and assist doctors and hygienists with procedures.
• Record and review patient health history; chart entries and signatures in dental software.
• Review daily schedule; set up appropriate trays and instruments.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments; maintain asepsis and prepare materials.
• Expose and develop dental radiographs.
• Follow OSHA, HIPAA, CPR and required certifications.
