Job summary

North American Dental Group is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our Buffalo, NY team. You will support the clinical team, prepare patients for treatment, and assist dentists during procedures.

We value empathy and patient-first care, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a pay rate starting at $20 per hour, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Experience in radiography and CPR is preferred; new graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Dental Assisting Certification or on the job training.
• 1-5 years of experience preferred; will consider new graduates.
• Radiography/X-ray certification for respective state.
• CPR Certification required.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Commitment to providing exceptional service, support, and education to patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent clinical support and assist doctors and hygienists during procedures.
• Prepare patients for treatment and set up instrument trays.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments and maintain asepsis.
• Expose and develop dental diagnostic radiographs.
• Follow OSHA, HIPAA, CPR, X-ray, and other required certifications and registrations.
