Passion Dental LLC in Leominster, MA is seeking a Dental Assistant to support clinicians in delivering the Relationship Practice Experience (RPE) and to actively engage in creating a positive patient experience. The role involves assisting with a range of procedures, preparing rooms and materials, and maintaining precise patient records.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of dental assisting experience, state-required certification, and strong infection-control knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred.
• Dental Assistant certification required by state regulations.
• Knowledge of infection control and sterilization procedures.

Responsabilités

• Support clinicians in delivering exceptional patient care and the Relationship Practice Experience (RPE).
• Assist doctors during a variety of dental treatment procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for patient care.
• Sterilize and maintain instruments per OSHA standards.
• Take dental radiographs as permitted by state regulations.
• Provide pre- and post-operative patient education.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and stocked.
• Support restorative, surgical, preventive, and specialty procedures.
• Collaborate with doctors, hygienists, specialists, and front office team.
