Dentistry of the Carolinas - Gastonia

We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant with at least one year of practical experience. Please note that shadowing and internships do not qualify as work experience. A Dental Assisting certification is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in four-handed dentistry, able to anticipate the dentist's needs.
• Knowledge of regulations, protocols, and dental terminology.
• Proficiency in lab procedures, equipment maintenance, and fostering good patient and team relationships.
• Effective time management skills and ability to multitask.
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and patient-focused approach.

Additional Requirements:

• Current CPR and X-Ray certifications.
• Updated vaccinations.
• Experience with Open Dental or similar software and digital radiography is preferred.
• PPE provided includes disposable gowns, masks, face shields, and sneeze guards.
