Job summary

Scenic Rivers Health Services in Tower, MN, seeks a Full-time Dental Assistant to support our dental clinic and providers. You will assist in procedures, manage sterilization and lab tasks, and help with reception duties as needed.

The role requires multitasking across chairside assistance, sterilization, and patient scheduling, with a schedule Monday–Thursday, 7:30am–5pm. MN licensure is preferred but not required; entry for new grads welcome.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Record patient dental and medical histories in the EDR system.
• Assist dental providers during procedures and emergencies; prepare patients.
• Float between providers as needed and support sterilization and lab tasks.
• Operate X-ray machines and assist with cast pours and finishes.
• Provide patient education on oral hygiene and prevention.
• Handle reception tasks: scheduling, insurance verification, reminders.
