Job summary

BGH Dental in Greenfield, MA is seeking a knowledgeable Dental Assistant to join our patient-centered team. The role supports the dentist by preparing rooms, sterilizing instruments, taking digital images, and helping ensure a safe, efficient procedure workflow.

We offer a full-time schedule, competitive hourly pay range of $18.00 to $21.00, and benefits including PTO, medical, dental and vision, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred.
• CPR certification current and maintained.
• State regulations may require license/certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet and prepare patients for treatment in a timely, pleasant, and professional manner.
• Sterilize and prepare instruments for tray setups before dental procedures.
• Take diagnostic-digital imaging as prescribed by the dentists.
• Maintain meticulous records on patient charts and documents.
• Set up and break down rooms according to infection control protocols.
