BGH Dental in Greenfield, MA is seeking a full-time Dental Assistant to support dentists, set up equipment, educate patients, and document procedures in a fully digital office. Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with salary between $18.00 and $21.00 per hour.

The role emphasizes patient-centric care, infection control, and a collaborative team environment with a well-trained staff. Requires 1+ year of experience and CPR certification; DANB certification preferred.

Qualifications

• At least one year of dental assisting experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• DANB Certification preferred.
• Other State License/Certification Requirements based on state employed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and prepare patients for treatment in a timely, pleasant, and professional manner.
• Sterilize and prepare instruments for tray setups before dental procedures.
• Take diagnostic-digital imaging as prescribed by the dentists.
• Maintain meticulous records on patient charts and documents.
• Setup and breakdown rooms according to infection control protocols between patients.
