Qualifications

• OSHA guidelines, HIPAA privacy policies, and clinical operating procedures must be followed.
• Maintain and operate dental equipment safely and process inventory as required.
• Demonstrate respect and collaboration within the dental team.
• Support patient comfort and satisfaction during visits.
• Arrive for scheduled shifts per office guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Greet and prepare patients for treatment in a timely, pleasant, and professional manner.
• Sterilize and prepare instruments for tray setups before procedures.
• Take diagnostic digital imaging as prescribed by dentists.
• Maintain meticulous records on patient charts and documents.
• Set up and break down rooms according to infection control protocols.
• Communicate patient and equipment needs with co-workers.
