Job summary

Malla Dental Group is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Dental Assistant for our Marion, MA practice. This role involves working closely with doctors, hygienists, and the front desk to ensure patient comfort, smooth appointment flow, and support across a range of procedures using modern dental tech.

You’ll gain experience with CEREC, digital scanning, CBCT imaging and multi-specialty dentistry while contributing to a welcoming, professional patient experience.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts credential and/or licensure required or preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Five years of dental assisting experience preferred; strong skills considered for new graduates.

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance for general dentistry and specialty procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials before appointments.
• Help maintain patient flow and smooth transitions between procedures.
• Take dental radiographs and maintain clinical documentation.
• Follow sterilization and infection-control protocols.
• Monitor supplies and assist with inventory.
• Ensure patients feel informed, comfortable and well-cared-for during visits.
• Communicate with clinical and front desk teams to support coordinated care.
