Job summary

Enable Dental, Inc. is seeking a Lead Dental Assistant to run the clinical side of a mobile team delivering care directly to patients in assisted living facilities, skilled nursing homes, and other settings across the San Mateo area.

You will lead a close-knit mobile team, perform chairside assistance, radiographs, and patient education, while ensuring care delivery stays on schedule. The role offers a daytime Monday–Friday schedule and a $500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dental assistant experience.
• Active state-level Dental Assistant certification.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; age 25+.
• Comfort working in patients' homes and care facilities rather than a fixed office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms and assist chairside during procedures.
• Take radiographs and manage supplies and sterilization.
• Educate patients and families on care and next steps.
• Mentor other assistants and keep the day running on schedule.

$35.00- 40.00 hr. Monday-Friday. Lead a mobile clinical team making a difference every day. Enable Dental is a mobile dental practice bringing care directly to patients in assisted living facilities, skilled nursing homes, and other settings across the San Mateo area. As a Lead Dental Assistant, you'll run the clinical side of a small, close-knit mobile team and play a hands‑on role in how care gets delivered every day.

WHAT YOU'LL LOVE

• $35.00- 40.00 hr, depending on experience

SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday, daytime hours

LOCATION

Job Requirements:

• Willing & able to lift and transport dental equipment & supplies
• Must be comfortable driving a minivan for mobile visits
• Must be over 25 years old, with a State Driver's License and clean driving record
• Full time schedule (4-10 hour shifts)
