Job summary

Specialty1 Partners in Mansfield, TX is seeking a licensed Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our busy endodontic specialty practice. You will support clinical and administrative tasks, including four-handed dentistry, radiography, and post-operative care instructions.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of RDA experience, active RDA license, current radiology certification, and training in sterilization.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Assistant license required.
• Current radiology certification required.
• Graduate of an accredited Dental Assisting program (if required by state law).
• Experience in Endodontist office preferred.
• Proficiency in sterilization protocols and infection control procedures.
• Knowledge of dental software and basic administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the dentist with procedures using four-handed dentistry.

Our office, Metroplex Endodontics & Microsurgery - Mansfield, is seeking a skilled and licensed Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our busy specialty practice.

We Are Looking For a Dedicated And Professional RDA To Help Us Accomplish Our Mission To Improve The Lives Of Our Patients By Providing a World-class Specialty Experience. You Will Be An Essential Part Of The Practice, Supporting Both Clinical And Administrative Functions, Including

• Assisting the dentist with procedures using four-handed dentistry
• Taking and developing dental radiographs in compliance with state regulations
• Providing post-operative care instructions and oral hygiene education
• Supporting front desk and administrative functions as needed
• Must be able to travel between our Mansfield and Duncanville offices as needed

You’re a licensed RDA with a passion for patient care and a strong understanding of both the clinical and interpersonal aspects of dental assisting. You are calm under pressure, organized, and always eager to help both patients and your team.

• At least 3-5 years of experience as a Registered Dental Assistant
• Must have experience in an Endodontist office
• Active Registered Dental Assistant license required
