Job summary

CABIN CREEK HEALTH SYSTEMS seeks a full-time, non-exempt Dental Assistant/Front Office specialist to support chair-side procedures and patient administration in a fast-paced dental clinic system.

The role includes assisting dentists, sterilization, operatory prep, scheduling, insurance verification, and billing support. Occasional travel between clinic locations is required. CPR (BLS) certification is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Chair-side assisting and front office support experience required.
• Excellent English communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of dental procedures, scheduling, coding, and billing is preferred.
• CPR (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide chair-side dental assistance per protocols.
• Perform front office duties: scheduling, registration, insurance verification, claims processing.
• Ensure operatory readiness, sterilization, and inventory control.
• Travel to multiple clinic locations as needed.
